QUEST NONPROFIT CENTER FOR CHANGE

In 2019, AEMI closed on a $7,000,000 allocation to finance the construction of the new 26,000 sf Quest Nonprofit Center for Change. This building will include commercial space for healthy foods, financial management and empowerment education, as well as office space for other local nonprofit organizations. Located on the Westside of Atlanta, this development will help generate a healthy initiative that serves a highly distressed area. Quest has provided affordable supportive housing and services to homeless and low-income men and women for the past 15 years. Recognizing that housing is only one element of the greater issue of poverty, Quest is expanding its focus to a broader challenge on the Westside.
