Lottafrutta, a local restaurant specializing in fresh-fruit cups, sandwiches, and other fresh ingredients, received a $50,000 loan from the Atlanta Catalyst Fund. AEMI’s funding allowed Lottafrutta to expand by renovating its current location and acquiring additional machinery and equipment. After receiving financing from AEMI, the restaurant was featured on CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360 and has opened two new locations, including one at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.
