In 2016, Doux South received a $90,000 loan from the Atlanta Catalyst Fund to support their holistic community development initiatives. Doux South is a local pickle manufacturing company that produces high quality and hand-packed pickled vegetables. AEMI’s funding allowed the company to expand by renovating their new Atlanta location and acquiring additional machinery and equipment.
