In 2018, B.E.D. received a $100,000 loan from Atlanta Emerging Markets, Inc. to assist in the opening of a new breakfast style restaurant located in the Westview neighborhood of Atlanta. Supporting AEMI’s mission to initiate holistic community development, the loan will help finance the renovation of the building and will provide equipment and working capital. B.E.D. is located near the Atlanta University Center and the BeltLine Westside Trail.
