Atlanta Advantage Loan Fund

In partnership with Advantage Capital Partners and SunTrust Bank, Atlanta Emerging Markets Inc. established the $8,000,000 Atlanta Advantage Loan Fund, a revolving loan fund for businesses located in Atlanta’s distressed neighborhoods. The program enables businesses to receive loans from $1,000,000-$3,000,000 for the purchase of equipment or machinery, working capital, training and recruitment, acquisition and/or renovation of property, and leasehold improvements. Businesses must be located in low-income census tracts to be eligible for the program and preferred borrowers include manufactures, distributors, and service providers that will create jobs and spur catalytic investment in Atlanta’s underserved neighborhoods.
